CorpoShop Return & Refund Policy

At CorpoShop, we are committed to ensuring that every product you receive meets your expectations. However, if a product arrives with a manufacturing defect or is non-functional upon delivery, you may be eligible for a return or exchange under the conditions outlined below.

Reporting Issues
To report any issues such as missing items, transit-related damage, or receiving the wrong product, you must inspect the item in front of the delivery personnel and record an unboxing video at the time of delivery.Without a valid unboxing video, we will be unable to process claims related to:
• Missing items
• Damaged-in-transit products
• Incorrect or wrong items received


Warranty & Replacement
Most of our products come with a 7-day replacement warranty, starting from the day you receive the product. Some items may have additional warranty coverage depending on the product category.

Return & Refund Terms
1. Products must have a valid reason for return or exchange.
2. Items that are burned, physically damaged, tampered with, or altered in any way are not eligible for return, replacement, warranty, or refund.
3. Used products are not accepted for return or exchange.
4. For in-store purchases, please check the product thoroughly before purchasing. Later issues will only be addressed if the item is under warranty.
5. If a package arrives with a broken seal, damaged item, or incorrect product, please report it immediately to the delivery agent and do not accept the parcel. Once the item is opened or used, it will no longer qualify for return or exchange.
6. Products that are incompatible with your device or system cannot be returned or exchanged once received.
7. Software or software license keys are non-refundable after purchase.
8. Clearance sale items are final sale — no returns, exchanges, or warranties apply.
9. When returning a product, include all original components: the product box, accessories, warranty card, stickers, tags, and any promotional gifts. Do not apply tape directly to the original box — pack it securely or use a separate outer package.
10. If a paid item is out of stock, undeliverable, or part of a bundle where one item cannot be restocked soon, a refund will be issued. Product returns will be evaluated for resalable condition before refunds are approved.
11. Refunds may take 3 to 10 business days depending on the payment method. Online payments may require additional time.
12. If cashback or discounts were applied, the respective amount will be deducted from the refund.

Replacement Unavailable?
If your return meets all conditions and a replacement is not available, a full refund will be issued, and the order will be marked as canceled.

Time Limit
Returns, exchanges, warranty claims, or refunds will not be accepted after after the applicable timeframe.

Invalid Reasons for Return or Refund
Please note, the following are not valid reasons for return or refund:
“I ordered by mistake.”
“I changed my mind after receiving the product.”
“The product is not what I expected.”
