At CorpoShop, we’re committed to delivering your order safely, on time, and with care. Whether you choose home delivery or prefer picking up your order in person, we’ve made the process simple and customer-friendly.
We deliver all across Bangladesh via our trusted courier partners. Your package is always handled with care and shipped promptly.
You can collect your item directly from our store:
Plot-02, Road-144, Police Plaza Concord Shopping Mall (5th Floor), Shop No-528, Gulshan-1, Dhaka-1212
Let us know in advance, and we’ll have your product ready when you arrive.
⏱ Estimated Delivery Time
• Inside Dhaka: 2–3 business days
• Outside Dhaka: 4–6 business days (depending on location and courier availability)
• Pre-order or Special Items: 15–20 business days (or as communicated at the time of purchase)
Note: Delivery times are estimates and may vary due to weather, holidays, or unforeseen courier delays.
Delivery Charges
• Inside Dhaka: BDT 60–100
• Outside Dhaka: BDT 120–200
(Charges vary depending on the product’s size, weight, and destination.)
Order Processing & Confirmation
Your order will be processed once the following steps are completed:
• Successful order placement
• Phone confirmation (for Cash on Delivery or bulk orders)
• Payment confirmation
• For manual bank payments, processing begins only after we verify your transaction ID and confirm that the payment has been received in our account.
Note: Delays in payment verification may affect your delivery timeline. We’ll keep you informed every step of the way.
Delivery Guidelines
To help us serve you better:
• Provide a complete and accurate delivery address with an active contact number
• Ensure someone is available to receive the package during the expected delivery period
• CorpoShop is not responsible for items delivered to incorrect or incomplete addresses provided by the customer. Please double-check your shipping address details before confirming your order.
• For digital products, delivery will be completed via email or directly to your CorpoShop account.
• Before accepting your package, take a moment to check for any signs of damage or tampering, and make sure the product you received is correct. Don’t forget to record an unboxing video — it’s required for any return, exchange, or warranty claim. If something doesn’t seem right, please notify the delivery person immediately and decline to accept the package.
• If you're unavailable to receive the delivery or choose to refuse it without a valid reason, your order may be canceled, any advance payment may be non-refundable, and additional charges may apply if re-delivery is requested.
