• Refunds for payments made via SSLCommerz may take 10-15 business days to process, and the 2% transaction charge will not be refunded. For Manual Bank Payments, refunds will be processed to the provided bank account within 10-15 business days after verification.
• All payment terms and rights are reserved by SSLCommerz for digital payments. Customers are advised to read the Payment Policy, Refund Policy, and any applicable EMI terms (if offered) before making a transaction.

Order & Delivery

• Orders will be processed within the timeframe specified in the product description, provided the item is in stock and payment is verified (via SSLCommerz or Manual Bank Payment).
• For Manual Bank Payments, processing begins only after the payment slip and transaction ID are verified and the payment is credited to our account.
• CorpoShop does not guarantee same-day shipping but strives to deliver products as per the timelines mentioned in the product description.
• Orders are not processed on weekends or public holidays.
• CorpoShop reserves the right to cancel or reverse any order without prior notice, especially in cases of stock unavailability, payment issues, or errors in product information.
