- If approved, the refund will be processed as follows:
- For SSLCommerz payments: The refund, excluding the 2% transaction charge, will be credited to your original payment method within 7 business days.
- For Manual Bank Payment: The refund will be processed to the provided bank account within 7 business days after verification of the payment slip and transaction ID.
- Refunds will not include any additional charges (e.g., the 2% SSLCommerz transaction fee).
3. Late or Missing Refunds
- If you haven’t received your refund within 7 business days after approval, please:
- Check your bank account or contact your bank/SSLCommerz provider to confirm the status of the refund.
- For Manual Bank Payment, ensure the provided bank details are accurate to avoid delays.
- If you’ve checked with your bank and still haven’t received the refund, please contact our customer service team with your order and transaction details.
